Food Diary from today:
Food:
Breakfast: 3 rice cakes (105) and peanut butter (90)
Lunch: 1 cup of tomato basil soup (120) and half a cup of strawberries (36)
Dinner: a Gardein burger (vegetarian and 120) with sandwich thins (100)
Snack: ¼ cup of Greek yogurt (40), wheat thins crackers (70), and 2 saltine crackers (20)
Total: 701
Exercise: 295 (tabata)
Net: 406
Water: 68 oz
Weight: 100.2 lbs (45.8 kgs)
Water intake was pretty good and calories burned was ok too. But I know I need to start eating more. My net was FOUR HUNDRED. I’m literally destroying my body. But you see, I’m barely considered underweight so it’s not considered THAT bad, you know? Tomorrow I’m going to try to up my calorie intake to 900 but with working out so my net will be around 600-700 instead which is a little better than 400. I’ll stay at 900 for a week or so the hopefully up it to 1000 with working out so my net will be around 700-800. And then I’ll continue from there until I reach like 1300 calories. That’s better than it is now. Maybe I’ll talk to a nutritionist or a doctor. Anyways, have a good night 💗
